Do what I do… “Is it really important to eat this week… Or next”? LOL. Joking aside, the cost isn’t bad when compared with other clubs, or with buying the yarn outright. š

That’s true š Sadly I’m a full time student with no loan and every penny is accounted for at the moment! Hopefully when I leave uni and get into full time work I’ll be able to treat myself! That will also give me time to work on my knitting skills too, I’m still only a beginner!

Ooh I love Ravelry! I use it all the time for crochet patterns and I have lots of knitting ones saved but I haven’t tried any of them yet.

I love that crochet is finally getting a little more attention, of the positive sort, from designers and crafters. I learned both at the same time and love both for the different creative expression they offer. Never understood the “Crochet Haters”. Ravelry is showing lots more wearable crochet, Interweave Crochet magazine too. No frumpy granny-ish things there. Now if Rowan or other cutting edge knitwear designers would turn their attention to it, just imagine how big the Rav queues would be!
