This was a “feel good” weekend for me and I hope for you too. Nothing pressing in the garden – the last few plantlings are in, I bought and used my plant start and won’t do anything major again until the next four babies arrive and I have to move a grandpapasan hosta. I finished reading Dead Wake: The Last Crossing of the Lusitania, a very interesting book, especially in detailing how that incident impacted world events. I also finished up my Schultertuch / Dreieckstuch or as I call it: Pretty Maids All In A Row (for the scallop / cockle pattern).
Here is her portfolio :):
That’s really pretty

Thank you so much! This is Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Sport. I used two colours, transitioning in the middle from one to the next.

If it’s these colours caught your eye, they are: Humboldt and Buck’s Bar. Be warned… LL has 100’s of gorgeous colours and choosing between is hard! 🙂

Try The Loopy Ewe in the United States (where I got mine). Sometimes, the exchange rate can be better than buying from a local store. I hate to say that and I try very hard to only buy local but for a treasured yarn, it’s often worth it. You could try the sale pages that Ravelry has too. There are often bargains to be found. Cheers! 🙂
